Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley will meet again on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at The O2 in London. Queensberry Promotions calls it a WBO heavyweight world-title fight and says it will be shown on DAZN. The venue lists the event for the same date, with doors opening at 4 p.m. local time. Door opening is not the start of the broadcast or the main-event ring walk, and neither should be inferred from it.

The championship has changed hands since their first meeting in Manchester in May. Wardley entered that fight as the WBO champion and knocked Dubois down twice, including once almost immediately. Dubois recovered and eventually won when the referee stopped the contest in round 11. As the new champion, Dubois now makes his first defence against the boxer who gave him those early problems. That reversal gives the second fight a clear sporting question: can Wardley turn his early success into a full-distance winning performance, or can Dubois impose the pressure that decided the first fight sooner? Those are questions, not predictions.

Queensberry says Wardley exercised an immediate-rematch right after the May loss. The rematch is therefore a direct continuation of their title contest, rather than a meeting arranged on the basis of rankings alone. The WBO belt is at stake again, but the promoter has not described this event as an undisputed championship bout.

For viewers, DAZN is the confirmed broadcaster according to Queensberry. Check DAZN's listing in your country before buying access because the promoter's announcement does not specify every region's subscription or pay-per-view terms. For spectators, The O2 directs ticket buyers to AXS, its official ticketing partner, and warns that tickets resold elsewhere may not be valid. AXS and the venue are the appropriate places to confirm entry details close to the date.

The exact main-event time and any late changes to the supporting card should be rechecked during fight week. The confirmed essentials today are the October 17 date, The O2 in London, the WBO heavyweight title and DAZN coverage.
